Yoga 2

Wed: 6:30am-7:30am

 

This hour-long class provides an energizing morning flow to set the tone for a clear and fresh start to the day. Sun salutations are the foundation for this class, with other dynamic sequences taught to awaken the body. In classical yoga style, philosophy, pranayama, and meditation will also be incorporated to help set the tone for your day. This class is for students with previous yoga experience, however, modifications are available for those interested in trying a more vigorous class.
