I provide private, 1-on-1 classes for individuals in meditation, mindful outdoor experiences, and yoga.


Private coaching is a passion of mine. Studio yoga classes are fantastic and have many gifts, however, there are unique benefits that you will discover in a private session and these session can deepen your practice quickly. I can work with you to develop a personal yoga practice, a meditation program and I can even include reiki.

  2. I’m your personal coach and you have the ability to ask questions as they arise and you get immediate feedback.

  3. We will focus on you and your goals, therefore I will adapt our sessions together as we are both ready.
